Your business has had a water loss. What can you expect when you give SERVPRO of Baltimore's Inner Harbor a call? Every loss is unique but this is basically what you might see happen. 

First SERVPRO will inspect the site. Our professional staff will review and inspect and answer all questions before beginning work. We will be there that day or night when the loss occurs. 

Emergency SVC's will begin. This will look like extracting to get the excess water out and preparing the site for drying. Our equipment will be placed and monitored during the drying process. You will informed of readings all along the process.

SERVPRO of Baltimore's Inner Harbor will be able to repair structural materials, reinstall carpets and flooring, following with cleaning affected areas of the property and contents. 

A final walk through of your site will take place to make sure that everything is back to where it was before the loss.
